Rock School District community seeking to empower teens to
take a proactive approach to improving their role in the community.
With adult facilitators, the goal is for teens to develop,
implement and maintain ownership of the program. Annual Youth
Summit stimulates open dialogue and identifies goals for future
events and programs.
