Court Administration
Calendar
This office handles the scheduling of all criminal arraignments, trials,
probation/parole violations, sentencings, summary appeals, and miscellaneous
matters. This office is also responsible for the scheduling of all civil
matters including arbitrations, non-jury and equity trials, jury trials,
license suspension appeals, settlement conferences, and miscellaneous matters.
The Court Administrator's Office is a scheduling office not a filing office.

Procedures for continuances:
Civil
In civil matters, continuances must be made in writing, detailing
the reason for the continuance and must include the position of opposing
counsel or unrepresented party. Continuances are only granted for good
cause. Agreement of both sides is not a valid reason for continuance.
Continuances are not granted in order to complete video depositions.
Depositions are to be completed prior to the commencement of the trial
session.
Criminal
Criminal continuances are handled by telephone, after contacting the District
Attorney for their position to your request. Continuances are only granted
for good cause. Attorneys must enter their appearance in the Clerk of Courts
office prior to making a request for a continuance.
