Use of the Bucks County Law Library
The Law Library is the County's primary source of reference material
on federal, state and local law serving the Courts, Bar, County offices
and the general public. Established by statute, the Law Library
operates under the direction of the Court and the Bucks County Bar
Association Law Library Committee. It is also mandated as the
repository for local ordinances by the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code.
The public is invited to take advantage of these facilities for
in-library research during regular office hours. The Law Library
will be closed evenings, weekends and holidays when the Courthouse
is closed.
