We welcome you to the Bucks County Adult Probation and Parole Department. This site is an attempt to help visitors understand who we are and what we do, answer questions you may have, and provide an opportunity for you to interact with us. You may be an interested member of the community, a student looking for a field placement, someone seeking employment, an interested criminal justice professional, a representative from another agency, a friend of our staff or a client under probation or parole supervision. No matter what brought you here, Welcome!

We are best known through our excellent professional staff of Probation Officers, Secretaries and Managers. We truly value the commitment and integrity of our staff. We take pride in the variety of our backgrounds and the multidisciplinary experience brought to probation and parole supervision. Not only do our Probation Officers come from Criminal Justice Backgrounds, they also come from the social service fields. Several have Master's degrees, in a variety of fields (Social Work, Public Administration, Counseling, etc.). Some continue to expand their experience by working a few additional hours a week as Drug and Alcohol therapists, Mental Health therapists and Educators. Our staff also continues their professional development through involvement in associations such as the American Probation and Parole Association; the Pennsylvania Association on Probation, Parole and Correction; the Middle Atlantic States Correctional Association; and the American Corrections Association as well as a variety of associations in other disciplines.
