Rule 9.1B Reports - Fees.

Reports of examiners shall be in a form acceptable to Court and shall be filed with the clerk. The examiner's fee shall be fixed and awarded by the Court when acting on the report, usually payable out of the assets examined, unless circumstances warrant otherwise
