Rule *930 Deficiency Judgments; Fair Value Act
Petitions under the Act of July 9, 1976, P.L. 586, No. 142, (42
Pa.C.S. § 8103), to fix the fair market value of real property
purchased by a judgment creditor at sheriff's sale shall disclose
in addition to the information required by the statute the following:
(a) the date of the sheriff's sale;
(b) the date of entry and the amount of the judgment entered in
the proceeding and the amount of the interest due thereon to the
date of the sheriff's sale and the costs of the proceedings upon
which the said judgment was obtained; and
(c) an itemized statement of all prior liens, costs, taxes and municipal
claims not discharged by the sale, and the amount of any such items
paid at distribution on the sale.
Service of petitions submitted under this rule shall be made by personal service
or in accordance with Pa.R.C.P. 430 or Bucks County Rule of Civil Procedure *285.
