Permanent Medication Drop BoxTurn in your unused, un-needed or expired medication for safe disposal. Free and anonymous.

There are currently over 30 permanent boxes throughout the county. More information on the Permanent Drop Box Program can be found in the Medication Disposal Permanent Collection brochure, such as locations and reasons medicine should be disposed of properly.

This project is supported by the Bucks County Commissioners and is made possible by a grant by the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. Why We are Collecting:

  • 70% of people who abuse prescription pain relievers get them from friends or relatives.
  • 1 in 4 high school students have abused prescription drugs.
  • Environmental Protection Agency studies have detected pharmaceutical drugs in our water supply.
