Records Office/Bail
The records office is open Monday – Friday, 7AM to 10 PM and Saturday from 2 PM – 10 PM.
Bail can be posted at the Clerk of Courts Office, located on the 4th Floor in the Courthouse between regular business hours from 8am to 4:30pm, excluding Holidays. Bail can also be accepted at the District Court of record and after hours at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
Only cash or certified checks will be accepted for bail. Domestic relations arrears and traffic fines cannot be paid at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
