Judicial Sale

NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 612 of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law of 1947, P.L. 1368 No. 542 Act 1, as amended and the Order and Decree of September 11, 2003 of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County No. 06-08202-32-6, the Tax Claim Bureau of Bucks County shall conduct a Judicial Sale of various parcels of real property previously exposed at the Tax Claim Bureau Upset Tax Sale of September 19th, November 14th, and December 12th, 2006 and not purchased thereat, as follows:

Date: December 9, 2008

Time: 10:00 am to be announced
           
Place: Community Room, Bucks County Courthouse

Divesture: Aforesaid parcels to be sold free and clear of all tax and municipal claims: mortgages, liens, charges and estates of whatsoever kind, except ground rents separately taxed, to the highest bidder.

Terms: To the highest bidder.  Minimum bid will be One Dollar ($1.00) over Bureau costs. Other terms to be announced at the Sale.
