Upset Sale

NOTICE OF TAX SALE UNDER REAL ESTATE TAX LAW OF 1947

TO:       Owners of properties described in this Notice; all persons, municipalities and taxing authorities having tax liens, tax judgments or municipal claims against such properties.

            NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Real Estate Tax Law of 1947, P.L. 1368, as amended, the Tax Claim Bureau of Bucks County Pennsylvania will offer at public sale the following properties against which unsatisfied tax claims have been filed and made absolute by said Bureau and in which no Agreement to Stay has been executed.

            TIME AND PLACE OF SALE:  The aforesaid sale scheduled for the 18th day of September, 2007 at the Bucks County Courthouse, Community Room, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, commencing at 10:00 A.M.

            PURPOSE OF SALE:  The Bureau is offering the following properties at public sale for the purpose of collecting unpaid taxes, municipal claims and related costs due thereon.

TERMS OF SALE

1. Purchaser of any property shall pay to the Bureau the entire purchase price at the time the property is struck down.
2. The Bureau has fixed an approximate upset price for the sale of each of the following properties as indicated below, which include the following:
   1. State tax claims
   2. Tax Claims, tax liens and tax judgments
   3. Current taxes
   4. Municipal claims
   5. Related Costs
3. No property will be sold for less than the upset price.
4. The sale may be adjourned as provided by law.  Other terms and conditions, if any, will be announced at the time of the sale.

STAY OF SALE:  Owner-occupied residential properties described in Notice are hereby notified the scheduled sale of any property may be stayed, at the option of the Bureau, by entering into an agreement with the Bureau to pay taxes, claims and costs as provided by law.
