*UNION 02 STARTING WAGES FOR NEWLY HIRED NON-COUNTY EMPLOYEES SHALL BE FIFTY CENTS (50¢) AN HOUR BELOW STANDARD RATES FOR ALL JOB CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE BARGAINING UNIT (EXCEPT EMPLOYEES WORKING AT NESHAMINY MANOR).  UPON COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYEES SHALL BE ADVANCED FROM THE STARTING WAGE RATE TO THE STANDARD WAGE RATE.  EMPLOYEES WORKING AT NESHAMINY MANOR SHALL BE PAID ONE DOLLAR ($1) AN HOUR LESS THAN THE RATE FOR THE JOB.  AFTER TWO (2) YEARS, SUCH EMPLOYEES SHALL BE PAID FIFTY CENTS (50¢) AN HOUR LESS THAN THE RATE FOR THE JOB AND AFTER FOUR (4) YEARS OF SERVICE SHALL BE PAID THE LISTED RATE FOR THE JOB CLASSIFICATION.
