HIV/AIDS Case Management

Health Information Hotline 1-800-985-2437

Anyone who is HIV positive can contact Health Information Hotline (HIH) to receive a referral to an AIDS Service Organization (ASO) that provides HIV/AIDS Case Management within the State of Pennsylvania. It is important for positive persons to be connected with case management services as there are resources for persons with HIV that a case manager can help the person access in their area. If a person is connected with an ASO they are more likely to be connected with their doctors as well.

NOTE: HIV positive individuals must call the Health Information Hotline and complete the intake process prior to contacting individual ASOs. Individuals from New Jersey can call the HIH to be directed to NJ resources. Several ASOs are listed below by county.
