Parks and Recreation

Pavilion and Picnic Rules and Regulations

1. Park Hours 8:00 am to Sunset.

2. Fires permitted in park-supplied grills ONLY. Bring your own charcoal.

3. All vehicles must park in parking lots. Special exceptions may be made for unloading heavy objects and or the unloading and loading of disabled individuals next to the pavilion or picnic area. (5 minute unloading limit.)

4. Alcoholic beverages prohibited. Glass containers prohibited.

5. Pets allowed only on a leash no longer than six (6) feet.

6. All signs, banners, and posters must be removed after your usage of the facility.

7. Inclement weather refunds are not given. A credit may be provided for your use in the Park System for the remainder of the calendar year. Extreme weather conditions are defined by the National Weather Bureau and solely determined by the Executive Director if a refund is to be issued.

8. If you find a "party" using your "permitted facility", contact a County Park Ranger by calling, Lower Bucks (215-945-3100) Central Bucks (215-348-3524) Upper Bucks (215-795-2931) Tinicum (610-982-5411).

9. Cancellation Policy: Permits may be cancelled in writing 7 working days prior to the rental date for a $10.00 fee. If less than 7 days notice, no refund will be given.

Pavilion Rentals

Rent a pavilion or wooded picnic area in one of our parks for any occasion... Family reunions, birthday parties, company picnics, etc.

**Additional Service Fees**

Due to the size and nature of park special use requests, including the need to control park usage, the Department reserves the right to assess a $50 per manhour  additional charge when maintenance and/or ranger services are required.
