Welcome to the Public Access System
Enter the Public Access system
This site allows access to select public information for Bucks County, through
the Internet, such as:
Since much of the information resides within traditional
mainframe computers, this site currently utilizes a look and feel
consistent with typical mainframe applications. The Public Access
System is up between the hours of 3 am and 9 pm -- You cannot access
the system between 9 pm and 3 am!
The Information Services Division is currently in
the process of revamping its entire information stores, billing process,
and supporting infrastructure. Pursuant to this process, a new site
will evolve which employs a look and feel more consistent with modern
web based technologies. This process will take time, and while ongoing,
users can expect disruptions to the availability and reliability
of this site.
During this period all user access will be offered
at no charge. Once some of the major pieces begin to become
available, a new fee structure will be adopted and put in place.
It is the goal of the Information Services Division
to continually strive to upgrade and improve our serviceability to
the public. If you have any questions or comments, please direct

Clerk Of Courts
Beginning January 3, 2006, the Clerk of Courts will be managing all case files on a statewide system known as CPCMS. To access this statewide public access system, CLICK HERE. From the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System homepage, choose Public Web Docket Sheets from the E-Services drop-down. There is also a Public Web Docket Sheets Quick Reference Guide available in pdf. format under Judiciary Links on the left side.

Sheriff Real Estate Sale listings are now being offered in a easy to use adobe format. Click here to access the listings. To access more information on an individual docket number, you must still use the Prothonotary Public Access System (by entering below).

Basic Commands
Screen Command Codes
CMD >< [upper left corner of the screen]
Insert one of the following codes:
- RT - Return to previous screen or menu
- LR - List Records (index or name search screens)
- FR - Forward Records – Automatically appears on index, name search or docket entry screens to forward to the next page of records.
- SR - Search for a specific record, parcel ID or Docket number.
- BR - Backward records – Will return to the previous screen of records.
- TR - Transfer to another information screen within a given application. (ex: when viewing the master property data screen in Board of Assessments a “trb” transaction code will transfer to the building sketch for that parcel number)
Use the Tab key to move between fields as the enter key is the same as the Transmit button.
- A list of valid commands is displayed at the bottom of each screen.
- At this time you must print each page separately or highlight the selected text and copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) into Word or other text editor.
