First day to circulate and file nomination petitions for the following:
Senator and Representative in the General Assembly
January 26

Last day to circulate and file nomination petitions for the following:
U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. Representative, Attorney General, Auditor General, State Treasurer, and Delegate and Alternate to the National Convention

February 14

Last day to circulate and file nomination petitions for the following:
Senator and Representative in the General Assembly
February 16

First day to circulate and file nomination papers FOR ALL OFFICES

February 15

Last day to file objections to set aside nomination petitions for the following offices: U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. Representative, Attorney General, Auditor General, State Treasurer, and Delegate and Alternate to the National Convention
February 21
Last day to file objections to set aside nomination petitions for the following offices: Senator and Representative in the General Assembly
February 23
Last day that court may fix for hearing on objections to nomination petitions for the following offices: U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. Representative, Attorney General, Auditor General, State Treasurer, and Delegate and Alternate to the National Convention
