Residential Well Inspection Program

The Bucks County Department of Health (BCDH) has begun to implement rules and regulations for well inspections and construction standards for residential wells beginning in April 2005. The Bucks County Commissioners approved revised BCDH Rules and Regulations Governing Individual Residential Water Supply Systems and Construction Specifications  which became effective March 1, 2007 (updated 01/2011).
