The Health Information Hotline is the central point of intake, information, and referral for medical case management services for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties.  It is important for PLWHA to be connected to medical case management services as there are HIV-specific resources that case managers can help individuals access in their area.

NOTE: The person infected with HIV must call the Health Information Hotline and complete the intake process prior to contacting individual ASOs.
