Commissioners' meetings occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. unless otherwise stated. Locations outside the courthouse are often determined by an item of business on the Commissioners' Agenda.

Resolutions for Commissioners' Meetings
Resolutions to be placed on each Commissioners' Meeting Agenda should be received by the Finance Director no later than the end of business on the Monday prior to the Pre-Agenda Meeting. While there is an allowance for emergency resolutions and those that require last minute attention, the only way to ensure that a resolution is placed on the Commissioners' Agenda is to forward it to the Finance Director for review no later than Monday prior to the Pre-Agenda Meeting.
