Where To Apply For A Passport
*NOTICE*
Effective February 1, 2004 All Minors Applying for
a Passport Must Appear in Person
You can apply for a passport at one of the following offices. Applications
for a passport and forms for renewal of a passport can be obtained at any
of these offices. The average process time is 8-10 weeks. To download an

Remember, when applying for a new passport DO NOT SIGN the application
until you appear before us.
