Gregg D. Shore
First Assistant District Attorney 
Mr. Shore is second in command of the District Attorney's Office. A native of Newtown, he earned a bachelor's degree in communications and political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993 and a law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996. A prosecutor for 19 years, Mr. Shore has worked for the District Attorney of Bucks County (1996-2000) and Lehigh County (2000-2004), during which time he also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. He spent seven years with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office before serving as Pennsylvania's Deputy Secretary of Labor from 2011-15. Mr. Shore rejoined the Bucks County District Attorney's Office in 2015, where he established a grant-funded Insurance Fraud Unit. In addition to a caseload of major crimes, his responsibilities include oversight of staff; advising the District Attorney on policy, budgetary and staffing matters; and serving as a trial term coordinator. Mr. Shore's community involvements include serving as a member of the Southeast Council's Board of Directors. 
     

Jennifer M. Schorn
Chief of Trials / Chief of Grand Jury Division
Ms. Schorn is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and has been with the office since 1999. She currently serves as Chief of Trials and Chief of the Grand Jury Division. Ms. Schorn prosecutes all types of criminal cases including murders and major crimes. In addition to serving as a Trial Coordinator, she also serves as the coordinator for staff training and development.

Robert D. James
Chief of Homicide by Vehicle Division
Mr. James is a graduate of the University of Arizona Honors College where he earned bachelor's degrees in history and political science.  Subsequently, he attended Villanova University Law School.  Mr. James has been with the office since 2002 where he currently serves as the Chief of the Homicide by Vehicle Division. He also serves as Trial Coordinator and assists with staff development. Mr. James is a Gulf War veteran who served almost eight years in the United States Air Force in the capacity of a Security Specialist. Mr. James coordinates the District Attorney's Veterans Treatment Diversion Program, which he designed and implemented. Outside of the office, Mr. James frequently lectures on Pennsylvania's DUI law. Mr. James is responsible for the prosecution of all manner of criminal cases, including homicides and other major crimes.

Stephen B. Harris
Chief of Appeals
Mr. Harris is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and has been with the office since 1968. Mr. Harris argues cases for the District Attorney's Office in the state and federal appellate courts.

Karen A. Diaz
Chief of Legal Division
Ms. Diaz has been with the office since 1989.  She is a graduate of Temple University School of Law, and attended Holy Family University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and criminal justice. In addition to trial work, Ms. Diaz coordinates and supervises appeals and post-conviction collateral challenges for all Bucks County criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Ms. Diaz is the appeals officer for the District Attorney's Office for appeals filed under the Pennsylvania Right to Know/Open Records Act. 

Marc J. Furber
Chief of Economic Crimes and Arson Division
Mr. Furber is a graduate of the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and joined the office in 2000 after serving as a legal intern during the summer of 1999. Mr. Furber is Chief of the Economic Crimes and Arson Division and is responsible for overseeing the prosecution of economic crime, also referred to as financial or white collar crime. He and the members of the Economic Crimes and Arson Division work to aggressively prosecute illegal activity including theft, fraud, forgery, embezzlement, contractor fraud and identity theft. Mr. Furber is also responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with fire investigators and is actively involved in the investigation and prosecution of arson and fire related offenses. Mr. Furber also serves as a Trial Coordinator as well as the Inter-Departmental Liaison to a number of county departments including but not limited to Adult Probation and Parole, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Mental Health and the Sheriff's Department.

Monica W. Furber
Chief of Special Victims Division - Child Victims
Ms. Furber is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, and attended the Catholic University of America where she earned a bachelor's degree in political science. Ms. Furber has been with the office since 2005 and currently serves as the Chief of the Special Victims Division, concentrating on child victims. In that capacity, Ms. Furber oversees prosecutions involving child abuse, elder abuse, domestic abuse, and sex crimes. Ms. Furber acts as Health Department Liaison and is also the administrative attorney for the Bucks County Victim-Witness Unit. Ms. Furber is the Bucks County Bar Association's 2016 recipient for Prosecutor of the Year. Before joining the DA's office, she previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, PA, as well as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Frank T. Hazel, a Criminal Administrative Judge in Delaware County, PA.

Christopher W. Rees
Deputy District Attorney
Mr. Rees is a graduate of the Temple University, Beasley School of Law. He joined the District Attorney's Office in 2009. Mr. Rees is the office’s Chief of Prosecution. He is also the Chief of the Drug Crime division and is assigned to the Forfeiture Division and Computer Crime Divisions. Mr. Rees previously served as an intern at the DA's office while in law school. Prior to law school, Mr. Rees worked in South Carolina as the Internet Director for a television station and as Marketing Coordinator for a law firm. He graduated with a Bachelors in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Thomas C. Gannon
Deputy District Attorney
Mr. Gannon is a graduate of Temple University, Beasley School of Law. He first joined the office as a legal intern in 2008. In 2009, Mr. Gannon joined the office full-time as an Assistant District Attorney. Mr. Gannon is currently assigned to the Narcotics and Forfeiture Division. He also serves as the Pre-Trial Supervisor responsible for the hiring, training, and coordination of legal interns. In addition, Mr. Gannon is a member of the Bucks County Drug Treatment Court.

Jay H. Karsch
Assistant District Attorney
Mr. Karsch joined the District Attorney's Office in 2010. He graduated from Temple University School of Law. He is assigned to the Economic Crime and Arson Division. Mr. Karsch is also assigned to legal updates. He was previously a member of the Law Firm of Eastburn and Gray prior to joining the DA's office.

Alan J. Garabedian
Deputy District Attorney
Mr. Garabedian joined the District Attorney's Office in 2010. He is a graduate of Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University. He previously served as an intern at the DA's office. Mr. Garabedian is currently assigned to the Homicide by Vehicle Division and is also assigned to review Non-ARD Expungement Petitions and Veteran's Court applications.

Lyndsey MacNair
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. MacNair is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and worked for the District Attorney's Office from 2004 through 2008. She specialized in cases involving sexual assault and child abuse, and served as Chief of the Special Victims Division. Ms. MacNair spent two years in the pharmaceutical industry, and then rejoined the office in 2010 on a part time basis. She presently serves as the coordinator for the Bucks County Drug Court.

Antonetta Stancu
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. Stancu is a 2003 graduate of Hofstra University's Maurice A. Dean School of Law, and attended Lehigh University for undergraduate studies. Ms. Stancu has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas and a Special Prosecutor to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office prior to joining the Bucks County District Attorney's Office in 2012.  Ms. Stancu received the Narcotics Officers Association Outstanding Pros Award in 2017 and was also recognized with a commendation through Montgomery County. Ms. Stancu is assigned to the Homicide by Vehicle Unit and is assigned to review applications for early guilty pleas.

Kristi B. Hoover
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. Hoover joined the District Attorney's Office in 2012. She is a graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, and attended the Penn State for undergraduate studies to earn a Bachelor of Arts in crime, law and justice and a Bachelor of Arts in political science. During her time at Temple Law, Ms. Hoover served as an intern with the Philadelphia and Bucks County District Attorney's Offices. She is currently assigned to the Narcotics, Gangs and Forfeitures Division. Additionally, Ms. Hoover is the Extradition Liaison for the office.

Chelsey D. Jackman
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. Jackman is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. She is a Bucks County native and graduated from Council Rock High School and Penn State University. She began interning for the Bucks County DA's office in May of 2010. Ms. Jackman is assigned to the Special Victims Division. She also reviews Non-DUI ARD applications and is Chief of Private Criminal Complaints. Additionally, Ms. Jackman is a representative in the formation of the Bucks County Human Trafficking Task Force.

Kristin M. McElroy
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. McElroy joined the District Attorney's office in 2012. She attended Seaton Hall University where she conducted her undergraduate studies in international relations.  She also holds a Master of Arts degree in international educational development from Columbia University, and is a graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. During law school, Ms. McElroy worked as a legal intern for both Bucks and Montgomery County District Attorney's Offices. She is the 2018 Rosner Award recipient and currently assigned to the Special Victims Division.

Matthew S. Lannetti
Deputy District Attorney 
Mr. Lannetti joined the District Attorney's Office in 2012. He is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Lannetti previously served as an intern with the office, conducting preliminary hearings and drafting legal documents. Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Lannetti served as an intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.

David A. Keightly, Jr.
Deputy District Attorney
Mr. Keightly joined the District Attorney's Office in 2012. He is a graduate of the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, and attended Penn State University for undergraduate studies in business management. Mr. Keightly previously served as an intern with the office, conducting preliminary hearings and summary appeals.  He received the 2018 Outstanding Prosecutor Award from the Pennsylvania Narcotic Officers’ Association, honoring his role in prosecuting a multi-million dollar heroin distribution ring from Upper Bucks County.  He is currently assigned to the Narcotics, Gangs, and Forfeiture Division.

Kate Kohler
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. Kohler joined the District Attorney's Office in 2013. She is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school Ms. Kohler interned for the Chester County District Attorney's Office. She is currently assigned to the Special Victims Division.

Ashley C. Towhey
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Towhey joined the District Attorney's Office in 2013. She is a graduate of Charlotte School of Law located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Towhey previously served as an intern with the office, conducting preliminary hearings and drafting legal documents. Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, Ms. Towhey served as an extern on the Person's Team with the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office in Charlotte. She is currently assigned to the Major Crimes and Special Victims Divisions.

Jill M. Graziano
Deputy District Attorney
Ms. Graziano joined the District Attorney's Office in 2013. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and attended American University (Washington D.C.) for undergraduate studies in law and society.  Ms. Graziano has previously worked in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison in NYC as well as for the District Attorney in New York County as an Assistant DA, where she practiced both in the trial and appellate divisions.  She has also served a law clerk for the late Honorable Edmund V. Ludwig of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Graziano is Chief of Staff and currently assigned to the Legal Division.

Megan A. Hunsicker
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Hunsicker is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and attended Elizabethtown College for undergraduate studies.  She first joined the office as a Certified Legal Intern, which lead to her full-time position as an Assistant District Attorney.  She has since received the 2018 Community Award from BARC Developmental Services and is currently assigned to the Special Victims Division.  Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, she served as an extern for the Honorable Carolyn T. Carluccio, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

William R. Murphy
Assistant District Attorney
Mr. Murphy joined the District Attorney's Office in 2014. He is a graduate of the Villanova Law School and attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate studies. Mr. Murphy previously served as an intern with the office. Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Murphy also interned for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General in the Insurance Fraud and Organized Crime units.  He is currently assigned to the Homicide By Vehicle Unit and the Special Investigations Unit.

Megan K. Stricker

Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Stricker joined the office in May 2014. She is a graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and attended the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate degree in urban studies. She is currently assigned to the Special Victims Unit. Prior to joining the office, Ms. Stricker was a paralegal for an intellectual property firm in Center City and also enjoyed a fellowship with the Mazzoni Center’s Legal Services Department in Philadelphia.

Rose E. McHugh

Assistant District Attorney
Ms. McHugh joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2014. She is a graduate of Widener University School of Law.  Prior to and during law school, Ms. McHugh worked as an Adult Probation and Parole Officer in Montgomery County for eight years.

Jovin Jose

Assistant District Attorney
Mr. Jose joined the District Attorney's Office in 2015. He is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, and attended Villanova University for undergraduate studies in political science.  During his time with the office, he has received the First Annual Danny E. Khalouf Memorial Award for Outstanding Performance as well as the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officers' Association Outstanding Prosecutor Award.  Prior to joining the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Jose served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr. of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Mark Eastburn
Assistant District Attorney
Mr. Eastburn joined the District Attorney's Office in 2015.  He is a graduate of St. John's School of Law (New York, New York), and attended Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT) for undergraduate studies in economics.  Prior joining the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Eastburn served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Finley, of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Vanessa Konoval
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Konoval joined the District Attorney's Office in 2017.  She is a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and attended Colgate University for undergraduate studies in political science. Prior joining the District Attorney's Office, Ms. Konoval served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Burke, of the United States Department of Labor Office of Administrative Law Judges. She also interned for District Attorney's Offices in San Francisco County, Sonoma County, and San Mateo County.  Ms. Konoval is the recipient of top student awards in jury instructions seminar, criminal punishment seminar, and criminal practice clinic.  

Brittany Kern
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Kern joined the District Attorney's Office in 2018.  She is a graduate of the Michigan State College of Law, and attended Penn State University for undergraduate studies in English.  Prior joining the District Attorney's Office, Ms. Kern served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James M. McMaster.  She has additional legal experience handling insurance defense work for an agency in New Jersey.

Sarah Heimback
Assistant District Attorney
Ms. Heimback joined the District Attorney's Office in 2018.  She is a graduate of the University of Utah, and attended the University of Vermont where she earned a Bachelor of Science in wildlife biology. Prior joining the District Attorney's Office, Ms. Heimback served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Vican in Monroe County.  She has additional legal experience working as an Assistant Public Defender and a Assistant District Attorney for Lehigh County.
