Bucks County Commissioners Commend CAPTAIN

The Bucks County Commissioners presented a letter of commendation
to Captain Daryl Jurbala, of the New Hope Eagle Fire Company at their
meeting held May 11, 2005 at the firehouse.
Captain Jurbala was recognized for his dedication with twice organizing
the setting up of the Disaster Recovery Center by establishing the
computer network at the firehouse. Through his efforts FEMA and PEMA
were able to work over a broadband network, expediting assistance
to flood victims. Jurbala volunteered his time saving expenses for
the county. Members of FEMA, PEMA and BCEMA spoke highly of his dedication,
hard work and skill in enabling the DRC to be operationally efficient.
