Bucks County Department of MH/MR Schedules Two-Day Conference

Bucks County's Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation will hold its 6th annual mental health conference RECOVERY IS . . . Your Masterpiece on Oct. 20th & 21st.

Pre-registration is required for the two-day event, scheduled to be held at the Bucks County Sheraton hotel, Oxford Valley Road in Langhorne. The registration deadline is Oct. 14th.

Included on the program are an "information fair" and an Art show. Winning artists will be awarded prizes and their work shown at the Cloud Hands Healing Center in Pipersville.

Registration includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and conference materials. Fees are: $20 each day, professionals; $15 each day, family members; $7.50 each day, consumers.

This annual event attracts over 300 people and gives consumers, family members and professionals an opportunity to learn together about mental health recovery. For more information or a brochure, please contact Dawn Seader at 215-442-0760.
