Planners Meet to Schedule Bucks Transportation
Projects
The Bucks County Planning Commission is preparing to update the
county Transportation Improvement Program (BCTIP) and has scheduled
a public meeting at commission headquarters in Doylestown.
The meeting will be held Oct. 20 at The Almshouse, 4th floor, 1260
Almshouse Road, Neshaminy Manor Center, between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
Public input is solicited.
Lynn Bush, executive director of the planning commission, said every
two years the commission creates an overall list of transportation
projects from which the Delaware Valley Regional Transportation Improvement
and PennDOT Twelve Year Highway programs are drawn.
The following guidelines have been set for those wishing to present
testimony:
- If you wish to speak, you must register at the meeting.
- If you
have a video presentation, you must provide your own equipment.
- Written comment will be accepted any time during the meeting.
- Speakers are limited to five minutes each.
- All oral testimony
will be recorded.
