Bucks County Board of Elections Announces Extended Voter Registration Hours

To accommodate as many citizens as possible, the Bucks County Board of Elections will have extended hours on Tuesday, Oct. 10, the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 7, 2006 General Election, at three different locations.

At the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown, where normal Voter Registration Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday, the extended Oct. 10 hours will be 8 a.m.-9 p.m.

At the Lower Bucks Government Services Center, located at 7321 New Falls Rd. in Levittown, the extended Oct. 10 hours will be 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m.

At the Upper Bucks Government Services Center, located at 515 South West End Blvd. in Quakertown, the extended Oct. 10 hours will also be 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m.

Additionally, the Board of Elections announced two polling place changes and four new voting precincts, lifting the county total from 303 to 307. They include:
