Bucks County Health Department to Spray for Adult Mosquitoes in Croydon July 31

As a public-safety measure of its routine environmental treatment program, the Bucks County Health Department advises residents of Bristol Twp. that department representatives will be applying adult mosquito spray between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31, weather permitting. The rain date for this event is Thursday, August 2.

The area to be addressed includes Neshaminy State Park and the following bordering areas: Woodlawn Drive & Bath Road (N) and Bath towards Rt. 13 to King Street, across from Silver Lake, and all streets in between.

According to the Health Department, the application will involve less than one ounce of pesticide per acre, which will have no effect on pets or pools. Residents should expect to see county trucks performing the service. To avoid directly inhaling the pesticide, they are advised to close all windows from 7:00-9:30 p.m
