Board of Elections Establishes, Moves Several Polling Places
The Bucks County Board of Elections met this morning to consider several polling place establishments and changes, as well as proposed referenda. The board voted to establish five new polling places:
- Buckingham Township Upper 3 and Upper 4 – Upper 3 was divided into two precincts. Both will vote at Cold Spring Elementary School.
- Hilltown Township Blooming Glen 2 and Blooming Glen 3 – Blooming Glen 2 was divided into two precincts. Both will vote at Hilltown Township Municipal Building.
- New Britain Township South 1 and South 2 – South 1 and South 2 were realigned. Both will vote at Simon Butler Elementary School
- Plumstead Township District 2 – This district was realigned and divided. Voters will vote at Plumstead Firehouse.
- Plumstead Township District 3 and District 5 – District 3 was divided into two polling places. Both will vote at Tohickon Middle School
Also at this morning’s meeting, two polling place locations were changed:
- Falls Township 3-2 will now vote at Falls Township Senior Center
- Plumstead Township 4 will now vote at Second Baptist Church of Doylestown
Voters affected by these polling place changes will receive a new voter registration card in the mail with the new information.
