Bucks County General Services Hosts Cub Scouts At Parking Garage Construction Site
Jerry Anderson, director of Bucks County General Services, helped nine Cub Scouts earn their Engineering Badge by taking them on a tour of the county’s new parking garage construction site. Members of Cub Scout Pack 196, Perkasie traveled to Doylestown to learn about the construction process first hand.
Along with General Contractor Gary Mathias of Jingoli Associates, Anderson showed the scouts blueprints of the garage, explaining the phases of construction. They then walked the scouts down to the construction site where the scouts got to see many aspects of the construction process.
