County Community & Business Development to Offer Another “Making Buck$ In And Out Of Bucks” Workshop
In an increasingly global economy, a company’s Web site and marketing plan can be its lifeline to prosperity. On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, the County of Bucks will offer the second installment of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce’s “Making Buck$ In and Out of Bucks” series. This free workshop will focus on “Making Buck$ Outside of Bucks: Exporting Your Products and Services.” The two-hour session will be conducted from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. at the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce offices in Doylestown (252 W. Swamp Rd., Bailiwick Office Campus, Suite 23).
By attending this seminar, you will learn how to sell your products and services by expanding your customer base outside of Bucks County and the United States. Featured speakers and topics for this event will include:
- Cora Landis, program director, International Trade Development Program, Lehigh University Small Business Development Center: developing a strategy of marketing, and agencies to help you navigate globally;
- Glenn Roe, senior vice president, International Group, Fulton Bank: financing trade and collecting sales proceeds;
- Rebecca P. Mitchell, international banking officer, Fulton Bank: using foreign exchange to increase sales and profits;
