Judge C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. Appointed To Bucks County Board of Elections
On March 24, in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Civil Division, Judge C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. was appointed to replace Commissioner James F. Cawley, Esq. as a member of the Bucks County Board of Elections. This appointment is effective for the Municipal Primary to be conducted on Tuesday, May 18, 2010.
Judge Fritsch will join Commissioner Chairman Charles H. Martin and Commissioner Diane M. Ellis-Marseglia, LCSW as a member of the three-person board. Commissioner Cawley, who chaired the Board of Elections during 2009, resigned his position in order to be on the ballot for Lt. Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
