Neshaminy Manor Earns Fourth Consecutive “Excellence in Action Award”
Neshaminy Manor, Bucks County’s 360-bed skilled nursing facility, announces that for the fourth consecutive year it has received the MyInnerView “Excellence in Action” Award. The Excellence in Action Award recognizes commitment to health care quality and honors facilities that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and have successfully made quality a priority to better serve their customers’ needs.
In order to qualify for the Excellence in Action Award, a facility must score in the top 10 percent of overall customer satisfaction. During the most recent MyInnerView surveys, Neshaminy Manor received a customer satisfaction rating of 99.3 percent from long-term residents and their families.
“Recently, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the current Neshaminy Manor facility, which continues to demonstrate why it is considered one of the finest senior-care operations in the region,” stated Bucks County Commissioner Chairman Charles H. Martin. “I join my commissioner colleagues to congratulate the Manor on this award, while offering my gratitude for the excellence the administration and staff display on a daily basis.”
“I couldn’t be more proud of Neshaminy Manor and all that we have accomplished together,” commented Neshaminy Manor Administrator Evelyn Kozlowski. “To receive this honor four years in a row underscores our commitment to our residents and to the community we serve.”
