The Bucks County Department of Health has been made aware of an ongoing “phishing” scam being conducted by phone to restaurants throughout the county.

The caller will say he or she is from the Health Department, and is requesting immediate payment of fees for “current violations.”

Please be assured that the Bucks County Department of Health never collects or solicits fees by phone. All notices of fees due are invoiced by mail through the U.S. Postal Service.
